For Peat’s Sake! A super-convenient dehydrated eco coir compost block, that rehydrates to 3 litres of optimum soil structure for your plants.
 
Each block is perfect for a medium-sized plant pot, repotting houseplants, creating a terrarium, adding to a compost mix or to give as an eco-friendly gift for any plant enthusiast. Made from the husks of coconuts, coir compost is one of the most environmentally friendly composts you can buy. The white coconut centre is used for food or cosmetics, the long fibres of the husk are turned into ropes, brushes or matting and the shorter fibres (coir) are used for compost.
 
How to use: simply unpack and add 750ml water to a block. This block will expand up to 3 litres. Use to (re)pot houseplants or mix with garden compost for sowing seeds.
 
Small: 1 block, 140g, makes up to 3 litres of compost when hydrated.
Large: 3 blocks, 420g, makes up to 9 litres of compost when combined.
