Suitable for hot and cold therapy, our wheat bags are made in Sharow, just outside Ripon, using locally-grown wheat. Created with four separate pockets of wheat to keep the grain well distributed across the bag, this square design is ideal for tummy aches or lower back pain.
Hot therapy: microwave for 60 seconds, shake and heat again for another 30 seconds.
Cold therapy: freeze or chill in a freezer bag.
